Refund and Returns Policy

Virtual Currency & Digital Products

  • Due to the digital nature of these items, all successful transactions mean that the sale is final and we will not issue refunds.
  • By essence, failed online transactions on our platform means your card or e-wallet have not been debited of any amount. Should this occur please notify us or your bank/e-wallet provider within seven days so we can take the respective necessary actions available. You may provide supporting documentation for further investigation.

Physical Products

All our physical products are exclusively sold on our Shopee online store and are bound to their own policies regarding refunds. Please consult on their own platform for any further information.

Digital Printing Service

  • All down payment processed through our platform is considered final and will not be refunded.
  • If you have paid in full and have received the items, but for some reason were not satisfied with the quality of the books we have delivered, you are entitled to get a 40% refund of the payment you have given (shipping and convenience fees excluded)
  • As with digital products, if you have a failed online transaction on our platform and your e-wallet or card has been debited, please notify us or your bank/e-wallet provider within seven days so we can take the respective necessary actions available. You may provide supporting documentation for further investigation.
